This machine was running an email server for several companies. When this unit failed, it blew away the raid setup on my PC. I started a trouble ticket and I am wating for support to contact me. Shows minutes before the freeze I cannot even do a test The unit appears to be hatched. Shows a fully charged battery before the freeze. I have tried disconnecting the battery There is no load on the unit, it just doesn't work I have tried everything and still does not work. Sometimes when I move the unit, it will work correctly for a few seconds, then the buzz returns. Sometimes it will work for a minute or two, but then the buzzing starts and the front panel is frozen.
When I plug in the bad UPS, it buzzes and then the front panel freezes up. I tried unplugging the UPS and stopping the buzz to no avail.

APC reserves the right to determine whether the damage to the connected equipment is due to APC product failure by requesting that damaged equipment be sent to APC for inspection. Expressly excluded from this warranty are any type of external storage devices. Data recovery is limited to physical hard drives within protected computing equipment. Ontrack will make every commercially reasonable effort to retrieve customer data, however, due to the nature of data loss, recovery is not guaranteed. This warranty will be offered to customers to the extent commercially reasonable, as determined by APC at its sole discretion.
